Making a difference to autistic people and their families.
Philosophy
Making a difference to autistic people and their families is core to our values. We combine decades of experience across health, social services and education, within the state, voluntary and independent sectors, working with both children and adults.
We have a deep respect for the diversity of the autistic population. We work to achieve meaningful, sustainable, organisational and societal change. Collaboration with autistic people, practitioners and carers as well as partnerships with organisations is central to all we do.
Approach
We will work collaboratively with you to identify the approach that is best suited to your organisation’s needs.
Our skills in research, policy, practice and service development enable us to provide a bespoke response to meet your aims and objectives.
We are able to offer:
Design and delivery of professional development and learning pathways.
Practice Improvement.
Evaluation.
Research.
We can undertake large scale projects or take an incremental approach that suits the pace and scale of your organisation.
Our approach is informed by a contemporary understanding of autism enabling us to provide constructive challenge and work with you to deliver high quality services.
We promote relational practice and focus on wellbeing.
When people feel well they behave well, we therefore understand behaviour in the context of health, wellbeing and by providing supportive, enabling environments.
